Refund policy

We want you to absolutely love your Pet Portrait Co artwork.

After your order is placed, we'll create your portrait and email you an artwork proof for approval before printing. If you're not 100% happy with your proof, we'll work with you on changes. If you're still not happy, you can request a full refund before approving the artwork, no questions asked.

Once you approve your artwork and it has entered production or been printed, we cannot offer refunds or changes for change of mind due to the personalised nature of our products.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
